1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the organization operating the tkbate platform and any user of this website. By accessing tkbate.cam, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

tkbate is an online entertainment platform offering sportsbook betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other interactive entertainment services. This platform is specifically designed for the Bangladesh market.

These Terms have been prepared in English and this is the final and effective version. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Account holders are required to keep their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Providing account access to any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any bonuses held in those accounts will be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkbate offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus funds, the total amount including the bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x). For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 worth of bets to be completed before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or given to another account.
• Promotional offers must be completed within a specified period — the deadline will be stated in each offer.
• The bonus can be activated with a minimum deposit of ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Wagering contributions for specific games may apply differently.
• tkbate reserves the right to change or cancel bonus terms at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. Bets accepted at erroneous or incorrect odds remain at tkbate's discretion and tkbate reserves the right to void such bets.

6.2 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports, the applicable rules must be read alongside the specific terms of that event. If a match is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with tkbate's existing policy.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live dealer, table games) are operated according to the rules of their respective game providers. Games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers are run under their defined odds and rules.

6.4 System Errors

tkbate is not obligated to honor incorrect results or payouts displayed due to technical errors or software failures. Bets affected by such incidents will be reviewed and corrected.
